Pay Structure & Designation:

1. Minimum amount at par with the Industry plus performance-based pay.
2. Pay Increments/reduction based on the SBS standards of key performance indicators (KPI’s).
3. Designation & Hierarchy will be decided upon completion of minimum 6 Months of working.
